Join Sarang Hae Yo, Malaysia’s largest wedding gift & accessories brand, as our Shopfront Buddy (Cashier Role)
Be the smile that welcomes every customer!
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register and handle all transactions accurately
- Assist in packing customer purchases (especially wedding/gift items)
- Keep the cashier area neat, organized, and presentable
- Provide basic product information and respond to customer inquiries
- Support stock arrangement or light restocking when needed
- Work closely with the retail team to create a pleasant shopping experience
Job Requirements
- Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented personality
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; fresh grads are welcome
- Basic math skills and able to use POS system (training provided)
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or English is a bonus
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Experience in cashiering or customer service is an added advantage
