As a Product Photography & Design team member you will build a scalable visual catalogue that highlights product details and drives conversions. This role mixes hands-on shooting, simple set styling, and visual design to help our listings look professional and consistent.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Creative Production

• Plan and execute product photo shoots for clothing and accessories, including simple set design and styling. Ensure shots match our brand look and web requirements.
• Operate camera and lighting equipment to capture flat lays, on-model, and detail images. Maintain consistent composition across product ranges.
• Prepare mood boards and shot lists for each collection to keep shoots efficient and on brief. Manage time on set to meet daily production targets.
• Assist in small-scale product videos or GIF clips for social if required, using basic motion techniques.

Post-Production & Asset Management

• Edit and retouch images to meet quality and size standards for web and mobile. Organise files with clear naming and version control.
• Create cutouts, color-corrected images, and multiple aspect ratios for listings and ads. Export assets optimized for fast page load.
• Maintain a catalog of master files and publish-ready images so the team can reuse assets quickly.
• Follow brand guidelines and propose small visual refinements to improve image clarity and consistency.

Collaboration & E-commerce Support

• Work with merchandising and marketing to schedule shoots and prioritise SKUs that need new visuals. Communicate progress and delivery dates.
• Help upload and tag product images in the content management system when required. Provide brief usage notes for each asset.
• Share learnings from shoot days to improve product preparation, packing, and styling processes.
• Support packaging or simple prop sourcing to ensure shoots run smoothly.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with 0 years of experience are welcome. Show a strong portfolio of personal or student work.
• Diploma or certificate in photography, design, visual communication, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Available for full-time work with flexible hours on shoot days and occasional short deadlines.
• Willingness to work from a studio or office location where product shoots take place.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proven practical skills in Photo Shooting, Photo Editing, and Digital Photography. Comfortable handling DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, and basic knowledge of image export for web. Familiarity with studio lighting setups is required.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce image requirements, file formats, and simple retouching techniques.
• Organisational skills to manage asset folders and track versions for multiple SKUs.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator who can take direction and ask concise questions on shoot days. Able to collaborate with non-design teams.
• Detail oriented, patient with repetitive tasks, and focused on visual consistency across many products.
• Adaptable and curious, ready to learn faster retouching workflows and small video editing tasks.
• Positive attitude, punctual, and reliable when handling physical product and equipment.
