Primary Duties:

• Welcome and assist members and guests courteously and professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Effectively address complaints and resolve issues to ensure member satisfaction.
• Promote and sell membership options, personal training sessions, and fitness programs.
• Keep an up-to-date record of members and potential clients.
• Provide information about the fitness center's facilities, classes, and events.
• Assist with the processes of membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
• Conduct follow-ups with new and current members to maintain engagement and retention.
• Work with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
• Collect customer feedback and recommend enhancements to improve service quality.
• Oversee the cleanliness and functionality of the front desk and lounge areas.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, ideally within the fitness or hospitality sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Capability to manage high-pressure situations with composure and patience.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
• Enthusiasm for health, fitness, and wellness.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
