Job Description
Are you passionate about logistics and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as an Air Freight Customer Service Executive and play a key role in ensuring smooth, timely, and efficient air freight operations for our valued clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the main point of contact for customers on all air freight matters
- Manage bookings, coordinate shipments, and handle full documentation — including Air Waybills (AWB), invoices, packing lists, and customs forms (K1, K2, K8, etc.)
- Provide timely shipment updates and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism
- Liaise with airlines, internal teams, and global agents to ensure seamless service
- Ensure all shipments comply with SOPs, customs regulations, and client requirements
Job Requirements
What You Bring:
✅ 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or air freight customer service
✅ Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
✅ Knowledge of air freight procedures, incoterms, and customs clearance documentation
✅ A proactive, customer-first attitude and great attention to detail
✅ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
