Triangle Worldwide is looking for an organised and hands-on Transport Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our trucking division.

This role involves coordinating drivers and truck movements, monitoring deliveries, managing operational documentation and billing, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•  Monitor truck and driver movements to ensure timely deliveries and smooth coordination.
•  Prepare and distribute daily job listings to support next-day truck planning.
•  Coordinate with drivers for scheduled, urgent and ad hoc assignments.
•  Respond to shipment-related emails and follow up on jobs from collection through to final delivery.
•  Coordinate local and cross-border shipments between Malaysia and Singapore.
•  Manage daily Proof of Delivery documents, including sorting, scanning and preparing acknowledgements.
•  Prepare daily driver allowance records and ensure accurate data entry.
•  Update shipment records with assigned driver details.
•  Handle billing for leased trucks, ad hoc jobs, shipments, including but not limited to import and export shipments.
•  Prepare and verify monthly billing, ensuring all jobs are opened, supporting documents are attached and billing is completed by the required deadline.
•  Monitor driver attendance, leave applications and punch card records for submission to HR.
•  Verify Radius and Touch ’n Go bills before submitting them to the Accounts team.
•  Monitor warehouse loading activities and ensure procedures are carried out in accordance with SOPs.
•  Conduct onboarding for new drivers, including SOP briefings, issuing cards, keys and uniforms, and applying for access passes.
•  Maintain records for Shell cards, warehouse keys and access passcodes.
•  Track road tax and Puspakom deadlines to ensure timely renewals.
•  Apply for and manage permit renewals for KLIA, Northport, Westport and NXP.
•  Assist with local shipment arrangements and resolve day-to-day operational issues.

Job Requirements

 Requirements

•  Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
•  Previous experience in transport coordination, trucking or logistics operations is preferred.
•  Good communication and coordination skills.
•  Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
•  Comfortable communicating with drivers, customers and internal teams.
•  Able to respond to operational matters promptly.
•  Familiarity with transport billing systems and operational documentation would be an advantage.
