This full-time and permanent position offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Private Client, Global Delivery Hub department and its' growth. &nbsp; Key responsibilities: &nbsp; Assistant/Senior Assistant/Associate/Senior Associate (A1/A2) &nbsp; <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li style="text-align:justify">Support the Trust Relationship Managers in delivering a full suite of trust and corporate services to clients.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Provide prompt, excellent and professional trust and company administration services.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Prepare and draft Trust-related documents.</li> <li>Conduct administrative reviews on existing trust and company structures. </li> <li>Ensure regulatory filings are conducted on a timely basis.</li> <li>Participate in transaction monitoring and review trust accounts.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Conduct name screening of trust related parties.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Comply with the Group’s internal control and audit standards.</li> <li>Ensure that clients’ data base is kept up to date along with clients’ records and accuracy of data being captured in the appropriate system.</li> </ul> Participate in matters that are ancillary to trust administration, including but not limited to invoicing and credit control. &nbsp; Senior Associate, Business Onboarding Support (A2) <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Work within the Business Onboarding Support Team (the “Team”) to provide support to the Trust Commercial Team and Client Acceptance Team in delivering a full suite of trust and corporate services to clients.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Provide prompt, excellent, and professional trust and company administration services.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Ensure proper updating of all clients’ data in accordance with clients’ records and the accuracy of data being captured in the appropriate system.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Comply with the Group’s internal control and audit standards.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Adhere to internal policies and Standard Operating Procedures on daily operations. </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Participate in ad hoc projects or matters as assigned from time to time.</li> </ul> &nbsp; Manager, Business Onboarding Support (B1) <ul style="margin-bottom:4.0px"> <li style="text-align:justify">Prepare, generate, and maintain business reports on a regular basis, including but not limited to Periodic Review Report, Trust Accounting Report, Transaction Monitoring Report.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Gather data from multiple sources (ViewPoint, MyFormations), ensuring data accuracy and consistency.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Ensure the integrity of data by performing regular validation and reconciliation, addressing discrepancies or errors in data sources.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Monitor and manage all regulatory filing deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate submission of necessary documents to regulatory bodies.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Assist and coordinate various project management tasks, ensuring smooth communication and timely completion of key business initiatives.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Coordinate with different stakeholders to gather information and update internal teams on business progress and performance.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis to support business projects, strategic initiatives, and decision-making processes.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Identify opportunities to streamline the reporting process, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting tools and methods.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Work closely with IT, developer and project team which includes participating in UAT process for new business systems, software and applications.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Serve as the business liaison between technical teams and end-users to clarify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide support to end-users on new systems or processes.</li> </ul> &nbsp; Key requirements: <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li>Basic Microsoft Office skill is essential.</li> <li>Good command of both spoken and written English. Experience in anti-money laundering and counter financing terrorism compliance is an added advantage.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Senior Associate (A2): Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in corporate or Legal firm for any legal documentation.
