Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our development team. This role is ideal for developers with up to 1–2 years of experience who are eager to build real-world web applications and grow their skills across both frontend and backend development.

You will work closely with senior developers and product managers to develop, maintain, and improve web or app based systems. The focus is on writing clean, maintainable code, understanding best practices, and gradually taking ownership of features from development to deployment.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and improve web or app-based systems and internal tools.
2. Translate business and project requirements into functional, user-friendly features.
3. Build and integrate frontend and backend components to support application workflows.
4. Integrate and troubleshoot third-party and internal APIs, including handling data exchange between systems.
5. Implement secure user access flows, including login, session handling, and access control.
6. Create and optimize database queries, and ensure data is stored and retrieved accurately.
7. Perform debugging, issue investigation, and basic internal testing before release.
8. Support deployment, maintenance, and basic server-related troubleshooting in development or production environments.
9. Collaborate with senior developers and project stakeholders to deliver assigned tasks on time.
10. Write clean, maintainable code and prepare basic technical documentation where needed. 

Qualifications / Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with React.js.
• Experience with PHP and Laravel.
• Working knowledge of Node.js.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive UI development.
• Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative workflows.
• Good understanding of MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with REST API integration and JSON response handling.
• Understanding of authentication, sessions, and token-based access control.
• Basic understanding of servers, hosting environments, and deployment concepts.
• Experience with basic internal testing, debugging, and issue verification.
• WordPress knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
