Job Description

Work with an Australia-based provider offering full-service and online broking, corporate finance, and financial advisory services to private, institutional, and corporate clients.

We are looking for candidates who love working with clients, value continuous learning, and are great with both spoken and written English communication skills.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve client requests and inquiries via calls, emails, and live chats in relation to account opening, security quotes, orders, client portfolios, share transfers, corporation actions, product offerings and services of the Online Trading platform, and other queries relating to share trading
  • Maintain client accounts and liaise with other internal departments to effectively resolve client queries
  • Continuous education on the ASX market

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
  • Must be willing to work Australian and US Shift
  • A recognized Degree in Business/ Accounting/ Finance/ Management or relevant professional qualifications would be preferred
  • Ability to multitask such as using multiple mediums of communication to interact with customers.
  • Exhibit Growth Mindset
  • Keen interest in stockbroking and financial investments
  • Keen and willing to learn about the Australian Stock Exchange
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
  • The ability to work during Malaysian public holidays

Bonus

  • Experience in equity or futures market
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
