Job Description

Responsibility

  • Lead Engagement:
    • Reach out to potential clients via phone calls and emails
    • Understand client needs and provide basic product or service information.
  • Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
    • Follow up with leads and clients to maintain engagement and gather feedback.
  • Client Relationship Building:
    • Build and nurture positive relationships with clients through consistent communication.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions 
    • Track and report on sales activities and progress toward goals.
  • Training and Development:
    • Participate in training sessions to understand the company’s products, services, and sales techniques.

Job Requirements

Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • SPM leaver are encourage to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and developing a career in sales.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or internships in a related field is a plus but not required.
