What You’ll Do
- Deliver excellent and friendly customer service, handling enquiries and after-sales support with professionalism
- Recommend products confidently and showcase their value to customers
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Support daily store operations (merchandising, price tagging, promotions)
- Assist in stock handling, replenishment, and organization
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- 1–2 years of working experience (retail experience is an advantage)
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset
- Positive attitude, responsible, and eager to learn
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
