Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Information Technology combined with proven sales experience. 

This role is best suited for individuals who are passionate about building long-term relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of a technology-focused organization. You will collaborate closely with internal technical teams to deliver value-added solutions that meet our clients’ strategic objectives.

In addition to a competitive monthly salary, this role offers attractive commissions and performance-based incentives. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients within the IT and technology sector, ensuring customer satisfaction and sustained revenue growth.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in areas such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data analytics, software, and infrastructure solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IT decision-makers and key business stakeholders.
  • Conduct professional client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
  • Understand client challenges and propose tailored IT solutions aligned with their business goals.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including presales, technical consultants, delivery, and support to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and client activity updates using CRM tools.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to stay informed and relevant in the market.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or business development within the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, software solutions, networking, and data analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and business growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho and competent in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player with a genuine passion for technology and continuous learning.
