Job Description

Trinitium is growing, and we are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Executive to support our expanding team. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers, support key HR processes, and contribute to building a strong and committed workforce. You will oversee the full recruitment cycle and ensure a smooth employee journey from onboarding to offboarding. This position is ideal for individuals who are organised, people-focused, and committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all HR interactions.

What You Will Be Doing

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Identify potential candidates through job platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview sessions with hiring managers.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and recruitment-related documentation.
  • Maintain a structured and timely hiring workflow in line with Trinitium’s standards.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate pre-employment documentation, system setup, and orientation schedules.
  • Facilitate a welcoming and organised onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Manage offboarding procedures, including exit interviews, clearance forms, and final documentation.
  • Ensure all employee transitions are handled professionally and accurately.

HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle

  • Maintain updated employee records, HR databases, and filing systems.
  • Support probation confirmations, contract renewals, and employee status updates.
  • Assist with updates to HR policies, forms, and internal documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, engagement activities, and internal programmes.

Stakeholder & Candidate Engagement

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and timely communication experience.
  • Represent Trinitium professionally in all recruitment engagements.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams.

Employee Engagement & Event Management

  • Assist in planning, organising, and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal events.
  • Support initiatives involving employee wellness, appreciation, team-building, and cultural development.
  • Coordinate logistics, communications, and participation for company-wide events.
  • Provide creative input and support in strengthening Trinitium’s internal culture and sense of community.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and workflow efficiency.
  • Prepare recruitment dashboards, reports, and tracking metrics.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with Malaysian employment laws and internal policies.
  • Support ongoing improvements within the People & Strategy function.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR operations.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Familiar with ATS, HRIS, and major job platforms.
  • Good understanding of Malaysian labour regulations and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional, approachable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a people-first mindset.
