This is a 1-year contract position designed for someone at the early stage of their career who wants to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources within a fast-paced technology environment.

As our Talent Acquisition Executive you will build repeatable hiring processes and strong candidate pipelines to help the company scale. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews, managing offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers.

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Source candidates through platforms such as Hiredly, JobStreet, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess suitability, communication skills and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
• Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and translate them into effective job advertisements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate pipelines and hiring status updates.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives to strengthen Trinitium's presence in the talent market.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Assist with onboarding activities and other recruitment-related administrative matters.
• Support HR and People initiatives from time to time, including employee engagement, company events and other people-related projects.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, up to 1 year of relevant working experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking and engaging with people from different backgrounds.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
• Good attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable using recruitment platforms, social media and digital tools.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Most importantly, someone who is curious, resourceful and genuinely interested in people.
