What You’ll Do

• Hunt for new business and talk directly to business owners (SME owners/Directors).
• Hit monthly sales and collection targets—we reward results, not just effort.
• Manage your pipeline like a business owner.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in Sales/Business Development (Background in Manufacturing, B2B Trade, or SaaS is a major plus).
• Soft Skills: You must be excellent at talking to business owners and decision-makers.
• Language: Professional fluency in ONE of these: English, BM, or Chinese.
• Drive: High hunger for growth and a "closer" mindset.
• Network: An existing customer network/database is a huge advantage.
