What You’ll Do

• Hunt for new business and talk directly to business owners (SME owners/Directors).
• Hit monthly sales and collection targets—we reward results, not just effort.
• Manage your pipeline like a business owner.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Over 3 years in Sales or Business Development (Experience in Manufacturing, B2B Trade, or SaaS is a significant advantage).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with business owners and decision-makers are essential.
• Language: Proficient in ONE of the following languages: English, BM, or Chinese.
• Drive: Strong ambition for growth and a mindset geared towards closing deals.
• Network: Having a pre-existing customer network or database is highly beneficial.
