The Mission

You will be attached to our Client Growth and Digital Brand Communication teams. This isn't a "coffee-running" internship. You will be on the front lines of digital marketing and sales funnel optimization, learning how a high-growth SME operates at a management level.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence: Conduct research on emerging SME trends and AI innovation to support our "No Guesswork" data strategy.
• Lead Generation Support: Assist the Business Development team in prospecting and qualifying leads for the Digital Export (Alibaba.com) and Domestic Digital portfolios.
• Content & Strategy: Help coordinate Townhalls and Performance-Linked Program activities, ensuring our internal "Unity in Trinity" culture is documented and shared.
• Sales Ops: Maintain CRM data integrity to ensure our Sales Cycle Optimizer remains accurate.
• AI Integration: Support the implementation of AI tools in daily marketing workflows to reduce manual operations.

Job Requirements

  Requirements 

• Background: Final year student or fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Communications.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) and data analytics.
• Communication: Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
• Mindset: A "Command & Conquer" attitude—you take ownership and seek solutions before asking for help.
