Job Description

Trinity42 Digital is seeking an experienced, hands-on Marketing Executive (Digital & Events) to plan and execute marketing activities across digital platforms, lead-generation funnels and events. The role focuses on driving lead generation and conversions, managing the digital funnel from awareness to conversion, analysing campaign performance and coordinating with sales, partners and vendors.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and support business growth.
• Develop and manage the digital marketing funnel from awareness to conversion.
• Prepare funnel reports, analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Manage and track leads, including MQL-to-SQL progress and follow-up coordination with the sales team.
• Plan, create and schedule social media content.
• Coordinate corporate events, campaigns, partnerships and promotional activities.
• Use AI tools to improve content creation, campaign planning, reporting and productivity.
• Work closely with internal teams, external partners and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a marketing role (candidates with at least 3 years may be considered if from a digital marketing agency or event marketing company).
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for marketing is a must.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, lead generation and conversion.
• Able to prepare clear funnel and campaign performance reports.
• Experience in SQL management, social media posting and event coordination.
• Good communication, coordination and project-management skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple projects independently.
