Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

• Duda Website Development:
• Design and develop responsive websites using the Duda platform.
• Customize Duda templates to meet client requirements.
• Integrate third-party applications and plugins.
• Ensure websites are optimized for search engines and performance.
• UI/UX Design:
• Conduct user research and create user personas.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs.
• Ensure all designs are responsive and mobile friendly.
• Social Media Graphic Design:
• Create visually engaging graphics for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Design social media posts, stories, ads, and profile graphics.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across social media.
• Stay up-to-date with social media design trends and best practices.
• Create templates for reusable social media content.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other departments and manager to ensure consistency across all deliverables.
• Work closely with the manager to understand project requirements and client needs.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of Duda platform updates.
• Asset Management:
• Organize and maintain social media graphic assets.

Job Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or any relevant certification.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Sunway. 
• Possession of creative flair, versatility.
• Understanding of cultural considerations in creative design for global audiences is a plus.
• Proven experience in website development and UI/UX design.
• Proficiency with the Duda platform (or similar).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Solid graphic design skills, particularly for social media content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Understanding of social media platform dimensions and specifications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating Web design, UI/UX and social media graphic design.
