Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Beauty Therapist cum Sales Consultant to join a Aesthetic Clinic team, Da Vinci Medical. This hybrid role blends hands-on aesthetic treatment skills with strong sales and customer service capabilities. You will be responsible for providing professional skin and body treatments while also actively promoting and selling our products, services, and packages. A successful candidate is someone who is passionate about skincare and beauty, sales-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional client care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Aesthetic & Treatment Duties:
  • Perform advanced facial treatments, laser therapy, slimming procedures, and other aesthetic services according to established protocols.
  • Assist doctors before and after procedures (e.g., cleansing, applying numbing cream, taking pre/post-treatment photos).
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment rooms.
  • Sterilize equipment and ensure machines are in optimal condition.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, laser machines, and air coolers daily.
  • Advise clients on skincare routines and recommend suitable treatments and products.
  • Conduct detailed skin analysis and consultations to identify client needs.
  • Follow up with patients post-treatment for feedback and care instructions.

2. Sales & Customer Service Duties:

  • Provide professional consultation to clients, explaining treatment plans, expected results, and aftercare.
  • Promote and sell services, skincare products, and treatment packages tailored to client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Generate new leads, maintain customer relationships, and perform timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate transition from first consultation to regular customer account status.
  • Respond to client inquiries and handle telephone calls when needed.
  • Prepare client medication and update the Aoikumo system with treatment records.
  • Handle inventory management and stock orders for treatment and retail products.


Job Requirements

  •  Minimum SPM/"O" Level or higher education in any related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a beauty therapy or aesthetic sales environment.
  • Certified in aesthetic/beauty therapy with knowledge of laser, facial, and slimming procedures.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin/Chinese.
  • Knowledge of skincare science and advanced aesthetic treatments.
  • Familiarity with clinical software systems (e.g., Aoikumo) and basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • High level of professionalism, initiative, and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working alongside doctors and supporting clinical procedures.
