 About the Role

We are looking for a Korean-Speaking Administrator & Course Consultant to support our education centre's daily operations, course enquiries, student enrolment, and customer service.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Korean and English, organised, friendly, and confident communicating with parents and students.


Job Requirements

 Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Korean- and English-speaking parents, students, and visitors.
  • Handle course enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and social media.
  • Provide information on courses, fees, schedules, and enrolment.
  • Arrange trial classes, schedules, and follow-ups.
  • Assist with student enrolment, payments, renewals, and course changes.
  • Maintain student records, attendance, payment information, and administrative documents.
  • Coordinate with teachers and management on daily operations and parent feedback.
  • Support customer follow-up and student enrolment.
  • Assist with general administrative and front-desk duties.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written).
  • Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in education, administration, customer service, sales, or course consultation is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Friendly, professional, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable communicating with children and parents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Willing to work some weekends according to centre operating hours.
  • Malaysian citizen or legally authorised to work in Malaysia.
