Job Description
We are a global leader in health, beauty, and wellness solutions, and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to take our online presence to new heights.
- Plan & Execute Campaigns: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (social media, email, SEO, paid ads) to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling content, including posts, graphics, videos, and ads, tailored to our audience's interests.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging, and high-quality content.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to optimize strategies.
- Lead Generation: Design and manage digital funnels to attract and convert leads into loyal customers.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends and apply them creatively to our brand.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience preferably in an agency environment.
- Experience & Practiced working knowledge on Google Ads (SEM, GDN & YT), Facebook Ads. Instagram Ads, Email Marketing, Email Marketing & Tiktok Ads.
- Understanding DTC brands marketing & eCommerce strategies.
- Advanced knowledge and proven experience in planning and executing SEM, Display, YT, & Paid Social Campaigns.
- Ability to segment audiences and build campaigns to reach customers at various stages of the conversion funnel.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
