About the Role
E-Tronas is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Brand Development Manager to expand and strengthen the company’s brand presence in both corporate and public sectors within the EV and smart mobility industry.
This role focuses on building strategic partnerships, corporate collaborations, dealership networks, and government-related engagements to drive business growth and brand positioning.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand development strategies to enhance market presence and business growth.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships, corporate collaborations, and joint projects.
- Develop and manage dealership networks and distribution channels.
- Engage and build strong relationships with government agencies, GLCs, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and coordinate business deals, agreements, and partnership structures.
- Explore and secure new business opportunities in both private and public sectors.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support partnership execution and project implementation.
- Represent the company in meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and official engagements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Support branding initiatives aligned with corporate positioning and long-term strategy.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and business development documentation for management review.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in business development, corporate relations, or brand partnerships.
- Strong network in corporate, government, or automotive/EV industry is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to identify business opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Experience in EV, automotive, or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
