About the Role

E-Tronas is seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Supervisor / Manager to lead our electric motorcycle manufacturing operations and production team.

The Factory Supervisor / Manager is responsible for overseeing daily factory operations, managing production planning, supervising manpower, ensuring quality, safety, inventory, and production efficiency, while achieving operational targets in accordance with company policies and manufacturing standards.

We are looking for a strong leader with excellent production management skills, factory operation knowledge, and the ability to drive continuous improvement. Successful candidates will play a key role in supporting the company's growth in the rapidly expanding EV manufacturing industry.

👉 Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory operations, production planning, and manufacturing activities.
• Lead, supervise, and manage production staff to achieve production targets and operational KPIs.
• Ensure production quality, workplace safety, SOP compliance, and manufacturing standards are consistently maintained.
• Monitor production schedules, manpower allocation, machine utilization, and workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, QC, Engineering, and Management to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory, raw materials, and production resources to prevent shortages and delays.
• Prepare production reports, operational analysis, and performance updates for Management.
• Utilize ERP, CRM, and production management systems to monitor operations and improve productivity.
• Identify operational issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

👉 Factory Supervisor / Manager Requirements

• Age: 30 years old & above
• Gender: Female
• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field and above.
• Experience: Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in factory, manufacturing, or production management, including team leadership and operational supervision.
• Speciality: Factory Operations / Production Management / Team Leadership / Manufacturing Process / ERP System / CRM System / Inventory Control / Production Planning / Quality Assurance / SOP Implementation
• Strong knowledge of factory operations, production planning, workflow optimization, inventory management, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to lead production teams, manage manpower, and achieve production targets efficiently.
• Proficient in ERP, CRM, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and production reporting systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Able to analyze production performance, improve operational efficiency, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
• Experience in the automotive, EV, electronics, manufacturing, or production industry is highly preferred.
