About the Role

E-Tronas is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and responsible Retail & Outlet Assistants to join our growing retail team. You will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers with product enquiries, maintaining outlet operations, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience.

The Retail & Outlet Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the outlet, achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, handling customer transactions, and ensuring the outlet remains clean, organized, and well-stocked.

We are looking for energetic, positive, and service-oriented individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and are passionate about contributing to the growth of Malaysia's rapidly expanding EV industry.

👉 Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information and recommendations on the company's products and services.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products to achieve sales targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the company's POS system.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and basic after-sales support professionally.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, replenished, and priced according to company standards.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock receiving, stock transfers, and stock counts.
• Assist in preparing daily sales reports and outlet operational records.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, roadshows, and company events when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
• Work closely with team members to achieve outlet sales and performance goals.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

👉 Retail & Outlet Assistant Requirements

• Age: 18 – 28 years old
• Gender: Female & Male
• Education Level: SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or outlet operations will be an added advantage.
• Speciality: Retail Sales / Customer Service / Cashiering / Outlet Operations / Product Display / Inventory Management
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu (both spoken and written). Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about sales with the ability to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Basic computer literacy and being able to operate POS systems, Microsoft Office, and digital applications.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Well-groomed with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and according to retail operating hours on a rotational schedule.
• Able to stand for extended periods while attending to customers and performing daily outlet operations.
• Strong willingness to learn and continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
