About the Role

E-Tronas is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth through sales development, customer engagement, and marketing activities. This role is responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, supporting dealership development, and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer service, and brand promotion, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
• Generate leads through roadshows, exhibitions, events, digital marketing campaigns, and other sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, corporate clients, and business partners.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer consultations.
• Follow up on sales inquiries, quotations, and customer requirements.
• Assist in developing and expanding dealership and distribution networks.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and activity tracking.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor information to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Achieve individual and team sales KPIs and performance targets.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer service.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales and marketing interest are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good presentation and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel and work during weekends, exhibitions, roadshows, or company events when required.
• Experience in automotive, EV, motorcycle, or consumer product industries will be an added advantage.
