Job Description

The job responsibilities cover broadly 3 areas:

Full-cycle Recruitment:

  • Partner with internal hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.

Sourcing and Networking :

  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through online platforms, industry events, networking, and other creative methods.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional associations, and other talent pools to attract top talent.

Talent Market Insights:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and recruitment best practices.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers and HR team regarding market trends, candidate availability, and competitive positioning.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting for various functional areas, such as finance, operations, technology, etc.
  • Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and online platforms for candidate sourcing and assessment.
  • Knowledge of current recruitment trends, strategies, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive business decisions
