<p>&nbsp;<strong>To be successful in this role, you will need to have these criteria(s):</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.</li>
<li>Liaise with relevant agencies and carry out Advertising and Promotional (A&amp;P) activities.</li>
<li>Create and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for respective project developments.</li>
<li>Liaise with creative agency for marketing collaterals.</li>
<li>Organize oversee advertising / communication campaigns, exhibitions / promotional events.</li>
<li>Collaborate with superior in preparing budgets / plan and monitoring expenses for events / property launches.</li>
<li>Liaising with media, printers and publishers are required and managing the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters and billboards.</li>
<li>Success in the yearly business &amp; sales plan target for respective projects.</li>
<li>Liaise with Ministry of Housing (MOH) on obtaining necessary approval.</li>
<li>Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.</li>
</ul>
