Job Description

  Diagnose and repair a wide range of kitchen equipment as needed including but

not limited to refrigeration systems, ice machines, ovens, dishwashers, grills, etc.

•  Order replacement parts from suppliers for various equipment

as needed.

•  Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
•  Track all equipment warranty periods as applicable.
•  Collaborate and oversee third party vendors processes including equipment

repairs.

•  Schedule hood cleaning and deep cleanings.
•  Maintain kitchen equipment inventory and preventative maintenance schedule in

accordance with company policies subject to local conditions, and as

recommended by original equipment manufacturer (OEM).

•  Keep detailed records of repairs, parts, and maintenance procedures.
•  Conduct safety tests and periodically inspect, repair, adjust, and lubricate parts

or equipment.

•  Identify and correct unsafe working conditions with management oversight.
•  Comply with all government, TRS, and client environmental, health, and

safety and risk management regulations, policies, and procedures.

•  May be responsible for providing a basic set of tools. Specialty tools may be

purchased as needed or held in inventory.

•  May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

1) REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN (1 PAX)

- MUST HAVE CERT

- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

- SALARY RM 2500-5000

2) REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN (NO EXPERIENCE)1 PAX

- NO CERT

- MUST HAVE SPM

- SALARY RM 1800

3) ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

- MUST KNOW HOW TO USE A MULTIMETER

- PREFERABLY GOT EXPERIENCE WITH KITCHEN EQUIPMENT

- SALARY RM 1800-3500

4) KITCHEN EQUIPMENT (2 PAX)

- REPAIR & DIAGNOSE COOLING EQUIPMENT SUCH AS FREEZER, CHILLER, ICE MACHINE, WALK IN FREEZER

- REPAIR & DIAGNOSE HOT (TROUBLESHOOT) EQUIPMENT SUCH AS BAIN MARIE, FRYER, FOOD WARMER, FILTER MACHINE, BUN STEAMER ETC

- SALARY RM 2500- RM 5000

- POSSESS OWN TRANSPORT 

- POSSES GDL
