Job Description

 Accounts Payable (AP)

• Execute payment processing for cash, credit card, and electronic banking transactions.
• Track and report on long-standing Credit Notes (CN).
• Administer supplier accounts, focusing on reconciliation and matching payments.
• Handle and oversee monthly utility bill payments (TNB, Syabas, Unifi, assessments, etc.)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Analyze the monthly aging report and oversee outstanding balances.
• Actively pursue overdue payments to ensure collections are made on time.
• Review daily reports on credit card and e-wallet transactions.

Banking & Reconciliation

• Conduct monthly reconciliations for bank accounts.
• Examine and resolve discrepancies in receipts at outlets.

Administrative & Ad Hoc Duties

• Oversee the renewal process for foreign worker permits.
• Monitor tenant rental payment and tenancy expiration dates.
• Draft, prepare, and facilitate the stamping of tenancy agreements and related correspondence.
• Manage license renewals and related regulatory paperwork.
• Ensure adherence to e-invoice regulations and submission timelines.
   

Job Requirements

• Knowledgeable in the SQL Accounting system.
• Detail-oriented and high level of accuracy. 
• Responsible and able to meet deadlines. 
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask and handle urgent ad hoc tasks. 
• Good communication skills with suppliers, clients, and internal team. 
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
