Job Description

As a Project Executive at Truestack, you will play a hybrid role across pre-sales, client engagement, and project execution. You will act as the bridge between clients and the development team to ensure successful delivery of customised fintech software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales and sales activities, including client discussions and solution pitching
• Work closely with clients to understand business needs and project requirements
• Translate client requirements into clear specifications for the development team
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination with developers
• Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and milestones
• Conduct presentations, demos, and walkthroughs for clients
• Identify and explore new business opportunities and potential markets
• Collaborate internally to improve product offerings and customer experience
• Travel within Selangor for client meetings and project discussions

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, sales, or client-facing roles (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)
• Strong interest in fintech, digital solutions, or software development
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements
• Willingness to travel within Selangor
• Experience in fintech or financial services is an added advantage
• Basic understanding of IT/software development is a plus
• Hybrid work (WFH/ Meeting customer/ Office)
