The incumbent should be a self-starter, motivated and independent in assisting the company to establish and retain a network of dealers and various organizations to submit referrals to the Sales Team. A good disposition, charismatic and always on the lookout for opportunities is required.
1) To develop channels and acquire new partners for affiliate program. - Business Communities - Housing Developers - Joint Management Bodies - Koperasi - Commercial Entities
2) Ability to assist and develop ideas for remuneration towards different channels.
3) PC Literate (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)
4) Strong team management and partnership management skills
5) Strong written and verbal communication skills
6) Driven and results-orientated
7) Good command of written and spoken English and BM and ability to be conversant in local dialects would be an added advantage.
