We’re looking for a Group Website & Digital Experience Designer who will own the full spectrum of modern website management: from design and development to content, SEO, and analytics. Someone who can shape how patients see, feel, and connect with us digitally—before they even step into a clinic.

🌿 You Are

Webflow savvy (CMS, interactions, responsive design) with bonus skills in HTML/CSS/JS.

Experienced in modern SEO, UX design, and content optimization.

Data-driven: you can translate analytics into design and content improvements.

Creative but practical—you love sleek visuals but also care about performance and usability.

Curious about aesthetics, wellness, and new-age medicine—and excited to make healthcare look and feel better.

A strong communicator who thrives in collaboration with marketers, designers, and healthcare professionals.

Job Requirements

Create and maintain websites with Webflow across our group clinics.

Develop patient-friendly, mobile-first, and trend-savvy designs that feel modern and inspiring.

Manage website content updates (services, blogs, promotions, events) and keep everything fresh and relevant.

Integrate booking flows, CRM tools, WhatsApp API, and chatbots to make digital patient journeys seamless.

Apply SEO best practices to ensure our clinics are discoverable and competitive online.

Use analytics (Google Analytics, Looker, Hotjar, etc.) to track performance and constantly improve UX.

Ensure sites are fast, secure, and optimized for cross-device experiences.

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to launch campaign microsites, landing pages, and funnels.

Stay ahead of digital design trends—animations, interactions, AI-driven tools—and adapt them for healthcare.
