Job Responsibilities:

I. Installation & Maintenance

• Assist in installation, alignment, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of mechanical equipment including but not limited to centrifuges, blowers, pumps, piping systems, and related mechanical components.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities at project sites. 

II. Technical & Engineering Support

• Read, interpret, and work based on mechanical drawings, P&ID diagrams, and layout plans. 
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on equipment/system failures. 
• Ensure equipment performance meets operational and technical requirements. 

III. Site Coordination

• Coordinate with project teams, supervisors, suppliers, subcontractors, and technical partners during site activities.
• Support site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities. 

IV. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, inspection reports, and site documentation. 
• Assist in developing SOPs, maintenance procedures, and engineering documentation as required. 

V. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with company safety policies, OSHA/DOSH regulations, and site safety requirements. 
• Participate in toolbox meetings, risk assessments, and follow all PPE and safety procedures at site

Job Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;1–3 years of relevant experience is an added advantage. 
• Experience in industrial equipment, water treatment systems, or site engineering works is preferred. 
• Able to read and understand technical drawings (P&ID, mechanical layout). 
• Willing to work at site and travel when required. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on attitude. 
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
