  Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision (Waterworks Projects)

• Supervise daily site activities for water treatment and wastewater treatment system projects.
• Ensure all site works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Monitor contractor and worker performance to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.

1. Site Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate site activities including installation, piping works, mechanical works, and system setup.
• Conduct daily site checks and report progress, issues, and delays to Project Engineer/Project Manager.
• Ensure proper site mobilization, material handling, and work sequencing.

1. Quality Control & Safety Compliance

• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company HSE standards.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and always enforce site safety practices at all times.
• Identify and report non-compliance, defects, or site risks immediately.

1. Technical Support & Problem Solving

• Assist in resolving on-site technical issues during installation and commissioning.
• Support troubleshooting works for mechanical and water system components.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure smooth project execution.

1. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and site records.
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities, attendance, and material usage.
• Report site progress and issues to management in a timely manner.

1. Team Supervision

• Lead and supervise general workers and subcontractors on site.
• Ensure discipline, teamwork, and productivity among site personnel.
• Provide guidance to junior site staff when required. 

Job Requirements

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in waterworks / construction / M&E projects is an advantage.
• Able to read technical drawings and understand site installation works.
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently on-site.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence (Class D) and able to drive for work purposes.
• Physically fit and in good health to carry out site supervision duties.
• Able to lead and supervise site team, including workers and subcontractors.
• Willing to travel to project sites as required.
• Willing to work overtime (OT) when required based on project needs.
• Good communication skills with contractors, engineers, and workers.

Added Advantage:

• Candidates with background in wastewater treatment / sewage treatment plant (STP) projects will be given priority.
• Experience in waterworks / sewerage system installation & commissioning is highly preferred.
• Ability to perform basic stock take / material tracking / site inventory control is an advantage.
• Experience dealing with foreign workers (management, coordination, or supervision) is an added advantage.
