Job Description

• Establish new client relationships and explore untapped markets.
• Collaborate with customers and engineers to evaluate equipment requirements and establish system specifications, including modifying products to fulfill client demands.
• Assist clients in resolving issues related to their existing equipment.
• Create and maintain a customer database along with necessary tools for tracking sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline management.
• Generate monthly sales reports, set annual sales objectives, and develop yearly market strategies.

Job Requirements

• Hold a Diploma, Degree, or Postgraduate qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Previous experience and a strong track record in sales of engineering products is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with the application of engineering products, including:

-Submersible Pumps

-Centrifugal Pumps

-Aerators / Ejectors

-Blowers / Turbo Blowers

-Diffusers

-Mixers

-Dewatering Machines

-Dehydrators

• Capable of delivering presentations to clients while combining technical expertise and sales skills.
• Proficient in English / Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia / local dialects in writing, speaking, and reading.
• Strong pricing and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, able to work independently, and maintain discipline.
• Must have personal transportation and be open to extensive travel across the country.
