Job Title: 3D Draughtsman
Location: Rawang, Selangor
Language Proficiency: Candidates who are proficient in Mandarin are required as this role involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.

Responsible for preparing detailed technical and production drawings for racking products and supporting new product development. The role will work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Project, Marketing and other departments to ensure designs are practical, accurate, and suitable for Warehouse.

Job Description: 

1. Prepare drawing (mainly 3D) inclusive submission, products and components. 
2. Prepare production drawings with accurate dimensions, materials, hardware, construction details, and assembly information. 
3. To prepare all technical drawings.
4. To generate BOM (Build of Material) list using AutoCAD according to drawing and specification.
5. Assist in new furniture product development, prototypes, BOM, and material specifications. 
6. Ensure drawings are suitable for production, machining, cutting, drilling, and assembly processes. 
7. To maintain drawings documentations & storing.
8. Coordinate with suppliers when required to clarify technical specifications and drawings. 
9. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to complete task with time given.
10. Review and update drawings according to customer requirements, design changes, and production feedback. 
11. Maintain proper filing and control of drawings, revisions, and technical documents. 
12. Undertake any other assignments assigned by superior from time to time.
13. Stay updated on the advancements in drafting technology and techniques. 
    

工作职责（Job Description）

1. 负责准备图纸，主要为 3D 图纸，包括提交图纸、产品及零部件图纸。
2. 根据生产要求准备生产图纸，确保图纸包含准确的尺寸、材料、五金配件、结构细节及组装资料。
3. 负责准备所有技术图纸。
4. 根据图纸及规格要求，使用 AutoCAD 制作 BOM（物料清单 / Bill of Materials）。
5. 协助新家具产品的开发，包括样品制作、BOM 及材料规格的准备。
6. 确保图纸适用于生产、加工、切割、钻孔及组装工艺。
7. 负责图纸文件的维护、整理及存档。
8. 根据需要与供应商协调，确认技术规格及图纸要求。
9. 能够独立工作，在最少监督下完成任务，并能够按照规定时间完成工作。
10. 根据客户要求、设计变更及生产反馈，审核并更新相关图纸。
11. 负责妥善整理及管理图纸、图纸版本及技术文件。
12. 完成上级主管不时交办的其他工作任务。
13. 持续了解及掌握制图技术和相关工具的最新发展与应用。

Job Requirements

Requirements: 

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Drafting, Engineering, Industrial Design, Manufacturing or High Experience in a related field. 
2. 2 - 3 years of relevant experience as a Draughtsman or Senior Draughtsman; storage or warehouse experience is preferred. 
3. Required skill: AUTOCAD or other CAD software and basic Microsoft Office skill. 
4. Good knowledge of storage, materials, and warehouse processes. 
5. Knowledge of CNC machining and production processes is an added advantage. 
6. Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. 
7. Ability to work with a team orientated environment. 
8. Good attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. 
9. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. 
10. Language Skills: Must be able to communicate with clients in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

1. 候选人必须具备 制图、工程、工业设计、制造相关领域的文凭（Diploma）/学位（Degree）/证书（Certificate），或拥有相关领域丰富的工作经验。
2. 具备 2–3年相关工作经验，曾担任制图员（Draughtsman）或高级制图员（Senior Draughtsman）；拥有仓储或储存系统相关经验者优先。
3. 必须熟悉 AutoCAD 或其他 CAD 软件，并具备基本的 Microsoft Office 操作能力。
4. 具备良好的仓储、材料及仓库作业流程知识。
5. 具备 CNC 加工及生产流程相关知识者优先。
6. 能够阅读、理解及解释技术图纸和相关规格要求。
7. 能够在团队合作的工作环境中工作。
8. 具备良好的细节关注能力、解决问题能力、沟通能力及团队合作能力。
9. 能够独立工作，并按时完成工作任务。
10. 语言要求：必须能够使用普通话（Mandarin）、英语（English）及马来语（Bahasa Malaysia）与客户进行沟通。
