Job Description

1. SEO & GEO Strategy 

• Develop and implement SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and brand visibility across AI-powered search platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance monitoring to identify growth opportunities.

2. Website Management

• Manage and maintain company websites, including publishing product listings, landing pages, and SEO-optimized content.
• Monitor website performance, indexing, and technical SEO to improve website visibility and lead conversion.

3. Email & Whatsapp Marketing

• Develop and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and generate enquiries.
• Implement customer segmentation, automated follow-ups, and lead re-engagement strategies to improve lead conversion.

4.AI-Driven Marketing & Data Analytics

• Leverage AI tools to improve marketing workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance departmental productivity.
• Analyze marketing data and develop dashboards to monitor website performance, lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates.

Proactively identify opportunities and recommend data-driven improvements to marketing performance. 

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Knowledge of SEO, GEO, website management, and digital marketing analytics.
• Experience with AI tools, data analysis, and dashboard development is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics / Google Search Console/ WordPress, Google Sheets, CRM, email marketing, or automation tools is preferred.
• Analytical, proactive, and willing to experiment with new technologies to achieve measurable results.
• Fluent in Mandarin is required, with good proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to support effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
• At least 6 months working experience
