Job Title: Project Officer

Language Proficiency: Candidates who are proficient in Mandarin are required as this role involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.
Job Description:
- Arrange and coordinate project installation schedules with clients, installers and internal teams.
- Coordinate logistics arrangements for delivery of materials, equipment and installer teams to project sites.
- Liaise with clients on installation dates, site access, delivery arrangements and project requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters and installers to ensure timely delivery and site installation.
- Monitor installer manpower, transportation and accommodation arrangements for outstation projects when required.
- Prepare and maintain project, delivery and site documentation.
- Prepare and submit basic safety forms/documents required for site installation activities.
- Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding deliveries, materials and site matters.
- Assist the Project Coordinator in ensuring projects are completed according to schedule.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, logistics, construction, installation or related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of logistics, delivery coordination and site operations.
- Basic knowledge of site safety and safety documentation.
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel and support outstation projects when required.
- Language Skills: Must be able to communicate with clients in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
