 Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Rawang, Selangor
Language Proficiency: Candidates who are proficient in Mandarin are required as this role involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.

Job Description 

• Conduct pre-project and post-project site inspections, including site measurements and checking site conditions.
• Supervise and coordinate racking & storage system installation, workers, installers and subcontractors.
• Ensure installation works are carried out according to approved drawings, project requirements, quality and schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to resolve site issues.
• Monitor site safety, PPE compliance and housekeeping.
• Prepare and maintain site, progress and safety documentation, including checklists, toolbox meeting records and site reports.
• Assist with project handover, rectification and completion works.
• Willing to travel to outstation project sites and stay overnight when required.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree/Certificate in a related field. 
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant site supervision / installation experience, preferably in racking, storage system or construction.
• Experience in racking & storage system installation is an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and perform site measurements.
• Good knowledge of site safety, PPE and documentation.
• Able to supervise workers and subcontractors.
• OSH Coordinator (OSH-C) certification is an advantage.
• CIDB Green Card / Construction Personnel Registration is an advantage.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Language Skills: Must be able to communicate with clients in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
