Job Description - Contract Staff Isetan
Contract duration: 3 months contract (Project basis - can renew the contract)
- End of January 2025 - May 2025
Location:
- Isetan Suria KLCC, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: 5 days work per week, 8 hours per day, schedule & shift subject to store requirement (Morning / Afternoon shift), 2 offdays.
Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, EIS contribution
* Age limit from 18 to 35 years old.
* At least SPM qualification.
* Preferably with relevant experience & knowledge on sales especially on Fashion industry.
* Equivalent experience in retail service
* Friendly, approachable, and able to engage with customers in a professional manner.
* Ability to resolve customer complaints or issues calmly and effectively.
* Clear and effective communication both with customers and team members.
* Ability to upsell or suggest additional products to customers in a subtle, non-pushy manner.
Job Requirements
Candidate MUST BE able to work during through whole contract period.
