Job Description

Live Hosting & Engagement

1. Host TikTok Live sessions regularly, including special Shopee campaign events.
2. During Shopee campaign days, hosts are required to focus solely on Shopee for a minimum of 4 hours, TikTok Live hosting and engagement will be paused on these days.
3. Plan, develop, and deliver live streams that reflect TudungPeople’s brand identity and style.
4. Actively engage with viewers through comments, shout-outs, and real-time Q&A to build rapport and maintain audience interest.
5. Promote products, services, and brand messages naturally throughout the live session.
6. Respond to viewer questions and feedback in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner.
7. Pin and promote products accurately during live sessions to maximize conversion.

Content Quality & Brand Alignment

1. Ensure all live content aligns with the company’s branding, values, and promotional strategies.
2. Stay updated on TikTok/Shopee trends, features, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
3. Prepare all products before every session and return them neatly to their original place afterward.

Technical Setup & Troubleshooting

1. Check and maintain high-quality audio, video, lighting, and overall streaming setup before going live.
2. Able to handle technical issues to ensure a smooth and professional broadcast.
3. Be familiar with streaming tools such as OBS, TikTok Studio, and Yolo Live.
4. Understand TikTok/Shopee Seller Centre mechanics and apply them effectively during Livestreams.

Studio Management

1. Maintain studio cleanliness and organization.
2. Ensure all equipment, props, and products are returned to their designated places after each session.
   

Job Requirements

Requirements:

1. Open to female applicants only.
2. Willing to work on weekends.
3. Presentable appearance suitable for on-camera hosting.
4. Experience in live hosting is an advantage, but beginners are encouraged to apply.
5. Professional, energetic, and confident presentation skills.
6. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to work independently while following company and platform guidelines.
8. Strong attention to detail, with good organization and time management skills.
9. Working Hours: Up to 60 – 80 hours per month
10. Salary Range: RM25 – RM30 per hour
