• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
• Greeting customers and assisting them with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
• Providing information to customers about products, services, and promotions.
• Ensuring a positive and satisfying shopping experience for customers.
• Ensure the store is appropriately stocked by managing inventory levels, merchandise displays, and replenishment processes.
• Restocking shelves and ensuring that products are properly labelled with prices and descriptions.
• Processing transactions, including cash, credit card, or other payment methods, accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store or sales area.
• Analyse forecast demand and manage stock to avoid overstocking or running out of products.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner, aiming for effective resolution.
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU:
• A background in retail experience is essential
• Effective communication skills
• Organised and systematic
• Maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance
• Experienced in related field, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the fashion retail industry.
• Knowledge of retail operations including inventory management and merchandise management.
• Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems and other retail technology is essentials
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
Minimum 12 days annual leave per year (Increase based on years of service).
