• Welcome and greet customers warmly, creating a positive and pleasant shopping experience.
• Assist customers in finding suitable products based on their preferences, needs, and occasions.
• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and explain product features, materials, benefits, and care instructions.
• Introduce customers to new arrivals, collections, promotions, and relevant products to encourage purchases.
• Actively engage with customers and provide personalised styling and product recommendations where appropriate.
• Achieve individual and outlet sales targets through effective selling and customer service techniques.
• Inform customers about ongoing promotions, campaigns, discounts, and membership benefits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the brand, products, collections, pricing, promotions, and stock availability.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, returns, exchanges, and refunds professionally in accordance with company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately through the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, including cashless and other approved payment methods.
• Ensure accurate handling of cash, payments, receipts, and daily sales transactions.
• Receive, check, and process incoming stock deliveries according to company procedures.
• Organise, display, and replenish merchandise to ensure the store is well-stocked, neat, and visually appealing.
• Monitor product availability and communicate low-stock or fast-moving items to the Supervisor or Store Manager.
• Ensure product pricing, tags, displays, and promotional materials are accurate and properly placed.
• Assist with regular stock counts, inventory checks, stock transfers, and stock-taking activities.
• Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall appearance of the store, including opening and closing duties.
• Ensure merchandise is properly arranged according to visual merchandising guidelines and company standards.
• Assist the Store Manager / Supervisor with daily store operations and administrative tasks.
• Support outlet activities, campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives when required.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager, Supervisor, or Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail, fashion, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with a strong interest in fashion and retail are encouraged to apply.
• Passionate about fashion, styling, and providing excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers confidently.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality.
• Comfortable approaching customers and actively promoting products.
• Good selling and negotiation skills with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
• Able to provide suitable product recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and support overall outlet sales performance.
• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and able to work independently when required.
• Willing to learn about products, collections, promotions, and retail procedures.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic retail technology.
• Able to handle cash and payment transactions accurately.
• Willing to perform stock handling, replenishment, housekeeping, and other retail operational duties.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and according to the outlet’s shift schedule.
• Well-groomed and presentable in accordance with the company’s dress and appearance standards.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
