Job Description

The Data Analyst (Data & Operations) is responsible for analysing, managing and ensuring the accuracy of operational and business data. This role works closely with Operations, Support, Product and Technology teams to transform daily operational activities into meaningful insights that improve efficiency, data quality and decision-making. 

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing ?

• Collect, manage and maintain data and system onboarding for merchants
• Perform data cleaning, validation and quality checks
• Support data migration and ensure accuracy after migration or system updates
• Manage bulk data uploads, updates, and system configuration changes
• Analyse operational, merchant and system data to identify trends and patterns
• Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring operational or system issues 
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve processes and performance
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational and management reports
• Support automation of recurring reports and data checks
• Document technical processes and operational guidelines clearly
  
  
    

Job Requirements

✅ What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, IT, Statistics, Business or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas)
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases 
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good communication and management skills
