Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to support the daily operations of our JulyTech Support Team. This role bridges business operations and technical support, ensuring smooth communication between merchants, internal teams, and system processes.

You will gain hands-on experience in handling real business scenarios, including merchant support, issue coordination, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Merchant Communications:
    Handle and respond to merchant inquiries in a timely and professional manner across multiple channels. 
  • Support Issue Resolution & Tracking:
    Assist in logging, monitoring and following up on merchant and system-related issues to ensure timely resolution within defined service levels. 
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Support:
    Liaise with internal teams (technical, product, operations) to facilitate effective resolution of system or operational issues. 
  • Maintain Support Ticketing Processes:
    Ensure accurate documentation, status updates and closure of support tickets in accordance with internal processes and standards. 
  • Assist in Operational Reporting & Documentation:
    Support data entry, preparation of reports, and maintenance of operational records to ensure data accuracy and visibility. 
  • Support Merchant Onboarding Activities:
    Assist in onboarding new merchants by providing basic guidance on system usage and operational processes. 
  • Identify Process Improvement Opportunities:
    Proactively highlight recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and service quality. 
  • Ensure Operational Efficiency:
    Contribute to the smooth execution of daily support operations by maintaining organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail. 

Job Requirements
