Job Description

You'll script, shoot, and produce content for Tunai's TikTok and Instagram — primarily targeting a Bahasa Malaysia-speaking audience.

Not polished corporate content. Content that stops the scroll.

• Write BM copy that hits — captions, scripts, hooks, CTAs that sound like a real person, not a press release
• Produce TikTok videos end-to-end — concept, shoot, edit (CapCut/VN is fine)
• Design static posts and carousels for Instagram and Facebook
• Go on-camera when needed — or direct others when you're not
• Track trends in the barber/salon/beauty space and turn them into content ideas

Job Requirements

You're the Right Fit If You...

• Write strong Bahasa Malaysia — not just functional, but punchy. You know the difference between copy that converts and copy that just exists
• Also communicate comfortably in English — for team discussions, briefs, and reports
• Spend too much time on TikTok and can explain why something blew up
• Have made video content before — personal account counts
• Know CapCut, VN, or any editing app at a working level
• Are studying Mass Comm, Marketing, Creative Media, or adjacent fields
• Bonus: You follow barber, salon, or beauty content creators
