We are scaling aggressively in the Singapore market and are looking for a high-caliber marketer to take ownership of this growth.

This is not a typical execution role — you will be responsible for driving strategy, making decisions, and delivering results.

🎯 Key Responsibilities｜工作内容（Senior Level）

• Own the Singapore market — drive overall marketing direction, strategy & execution
  负责新加坡市场整体营销方向与策略，并推动落地 
• Plan and execute full-funnel marketing strategy (awareness → conversion → retention)
  规划并推动完整营销漏斗（曝光 → 转化 → 留存） 
• Define positioning, messaging & go-to-market strategy
  制定市场定位、核心卖点与营销打法 
• Lead performance marketing strategy (Meta / Google / TikTok / 小红书) with clear ROI ownership
  主导广告投放策略，并对投产比结果负责 
• Analyze data, market trends & competitors to drive decisions
  分析数据、市场与竞品，并做出策略决策 
• Oversee content direction & ensure relevance to Singapore audience
  把控内容方向，确保贴近新加坡用户 
• Lead cross-team collaboration with internal team & KL HQ
  主导跨团队协作，推动项目进展

Job Requirements

🧠 Requirements｜我们在找的人

• 3–6 years of hands-on marketing experience
  3–6 年市场经验 
• Strong execution + thinking ability (not just doing, but deciding)
  具备执行力 + 策略思维 
• Able to work independently and take ownership of results
  能独立负责结果 
• Familiar with digital marketing & paid ads platforms
  熟悉线上广告投放 
• Experience in Singapore market is a strong advantage
  有新加坡市场经验优先

💰 Salary & Incentives｜薪资结构

• Basic Salary：RM 4,500 – RM 6,600 
• Performance Bonus / Commission：Based on results
