Job Description

 We are accepting applications for motivated and talented Interns to join us starting in early July 2026. 

• Provide technical support for company products and services
• Troubleshoot POS system issues and assist customers in resolving problems
• Support helpdesk and call center operations as first-level support
• Create and follow up support tickets until case closure
• Assist in system setup and configuration for clients
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) before new product releases
• Provide basic user training and ongoing support
• Generate daily and monthly helpdesk reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
• Maintain and update documentation
• Assist in creating ticket for bug fixes
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin is a must, and English (reading, speaking, typing)
• Basic Malay and Cantonese is an added advantage
• Final year IT / Computer Science students or equivalent
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Internship duration: minimum 4–6 months
