Job Description

• Assist project manager to implement project, from pre-sales, support development, implementation
• Work closely between the sales team, consulting team, and the customer.
• Engage with clients to gather and document detailed system requirements.
• Prepare test scenarios and test scripts for UAT.
• Regularly provide the customer with a regular status update (for example, troubleshooting or process handling)
• Ensure progress updates are communicated to relevant parties both formally and informally
• Dealing with clients – workshops, Proof of concepts, user training, design and user documentation, solution deployment and co-ordination and post go live support
• To provide technical support to user via phone, email, online or on-site including call centre
• Deployment with system installation and training
• Complete the tasks that are assigned by superiors

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Telecommunication, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a must as required to communicate with Mandarin speaking client's (read and write), English, Malay basic. Other languages are added advantage.
