Job Description

Key Responsibilities for Influencer Project:

  • Influencer Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with the client brand's goals and values.
  • Identify and Recruit Influencers: Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers across various social media platforms who can authentically represent our brand.
  • Campaign Planning: Create detailed influencer marketing campaign plans, including objectives, target audience, content ideas, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to create authentic content that aligns with client brand's messaging.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and compensation terms with influencers.
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate and oversee influencer marketing campaigns, including content delivery, posting schedules, and campaign tracking.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze influencer marketing campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Budget Management: Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
